Why I built this

I spent a decade at tech companies selling software to small business owners. Plumbers, dentists, contractors, HVAC techs, salon owners, landscapers — I talked to thousands of them across the country.

Every single one said the same thing: "I don't have enough time."

They were working 50, 60, 70 hours a week. Not because the work demanded it, but because everything around the work — the calls, the emails, the scheduling, the invoices, the follow-ups — was eating their days alive.

They were paying $2,000 a month for marketing platforms that solved one thing. They were drowning in voicemails, forgotten quotes, and late invoices. They didn't need another app. They didn't need another dashboard they'd never log into.

They needed someone to just handle it.

That's what Marlin Peak is. Not a platform. Not an agency. Not a call center overseas that reads from a script. It's me and my team, handling your day-to-day operations so you can spend your time on the work you actually started this business to do.
